Job Description

We’re looking for a new Communication officer who gets as excited about our solutions as we do. As Communications Officer, you will create, implement, and lead external and internal communications programs that increase awareness about GLEAMER products and share critical milestones with B2B clients, partners, investors, and prospective candidates. Core functions for your role include communications, community and events, social media strategy, media relations, and reputation management. This wide-ranging role will give you an incredible foundation to grow and make a significant impact. You will be building our community, managing campaigns, measuring the performance, and analyzing the results to see if these initiatives ultimately contribute to the growth of our company. Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to promote GLEAMER

  • You will manage communication projects with stakeholders

  • You will create communication tools for the sales team and our founders

  • You will manage and create /deliver content on our different communication channels (website, social networks) to communicate our activity, our successes, and our news)

  • Participate in product launches by creating impactful communication (press releases, launch events…)

  • Represent GLEAMER at critical events

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing
  • First experience in a similar role with rapidly changing project needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (a third language is an asset)
  • Autonomous, proactive, and creative
  • Gifted to create written and visual communication
  • Strong interest in the medical field
