A word from the manager :

"Hello, I'm Arthur Thévenet. Even though it's only been a few months since I took over the role of CTO at Gleamer, I'm just as amazed as in the first days by the possibilities available to our teams in developing a solid platform that already helps thousands of practitioners deliver better care. As we build the organization of tomorrow, I strive to instill a culture of excellence and autonomy within our tech team, while supporting each person in their professional growth.

Our biggest challenge for 2025 is to lay stronger foundations, so our systems can handle a growing amount of analysis while improving our operational efficiency. The tech team plays a key role in driving these changes.
