Job Description

As a member of the Ops team, this position will provide you with an important role in the IT Healthcare Interoperability of our solutions. As a result, the Ops Manager must have a thorough understanding of the technical stack requirements in order to properly configure and deploy the components for efficient interoperability.

Main missions and responsibilities:

  • Pilot all aspects of deployment projects for which you will be responsible.

  • Identify, plan and carry out the different deployment stages.

  • Organize and participate in meetings with customers and business partners to determine needs and assess interoperability feasibility.

  • Monitor Deployment KPIs, adapt processes, and increase speed/quality.

  • Address customer issues and ensure resolution, from opening to closure, including documenting action plans and coordinating with technical resources.

  • Update SalesForce with the information needed to track deployments and support tickets.

  • Gather customer feedback and suggest evolutions for new releases of our products.

Preferred Experience

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or closely related field. You have significant experience in healthcare and information systems

  • Experience in technical support and deployment project management

  • Strong technical skills (e.g. remote control, VM, OS installation, script generation/editing)

  • Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to build positive relationships

  • Experience with networking configuration

  • Fluency in English (mandatory)

  • Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus

It will be great if you are:

  • Adept with RHEL, Docker-compose and some knowledge of cloud application architecture.

  • Knowledge and experience of Linux scripting tools and command-line utilities such as bash.

  • Experience with healthcare IT technologies like PACS, RIS, and familiarity with standards such as DICOM or HL7.
