Descriptif du poste

At Gleamer, we build best-in-class AI solutions to assist radiologists in their clinical workflow. As a Product Manager Intern for Agentic AI, you will support the product lifecycle of Gleamer Voice, our agentic AI dictation solution for radiologists — working closely with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and business teams.

Gleamer Voice is being deployed in production and used by radiologists in their daily practice. During this ~6-month internship, you will help shape how our AI agents understand radiologists’ intentions and transform natural dictation into precise, structured reports. You will learn the craft of product management on a real, high-impact product while contributing to the exploration of new agentic AI opportunities around Voice.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager Intern for Gleamer Voice, you will:

  • Support user research (interviews, shadowing, surveys) with radiologists and clinical users to understand their needs and workflows.

  • Help structure insights from users and stakeholders into clear problem statements and product opportunities.

  • Contribute to writing product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Voice features and AI agents.

  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing the product backlog, aligning short-term tasks with the product vision.

  • Work with Data & AI teams on dataset needs, evaluation criteria, and success metrics for Voice models and agents.

  • Follow up on delivery with engineering (tickets, sprint rituals, testing) to ensure features are shipped with quality.

  • Analyze product usage and performance data, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Help onboard and follow radiologists, prepare demos, training materials, and internal/external documentation for new releases and pilots.

  • Participate in competitive and market analysis to position Voice and identify new agentic AI opportunities.

Profil recherché

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (engineering, product, or related field), looking for a full-time internship (5–6 months).

  • Ability to gather, structure, and synthesize user needs into clear, prioritized problems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

  • Good level of English (written and spoken).


Bonus points

  • First experience (internship, project, student job) in tech or product-related roles.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML, LLMs, or agentic systems (even from personal or academic projects).

  • Interest or exposure to radiology or the broader healthcare industry.
