About the Role

Gleamer is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team and help drive the adoption of our AI-powered medical imaging solutions. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will help turn product innovations and customer insights into market traction and sales impact. You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with teams across the company in a fast-paced, international, growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market & Product Launches

  • Support the planning and execution of launches for new products and major features

  • Define audience-specific value propositions and messaging (clinicians, hospitals, radiology chains, distributors, partners)

  • Create launch assets — sales decks, brochures, landing pages, videos, one-pagers, internal toolkits

Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct structured user interviews with radiologists, technologists, customers and prospects

  • Gather field insights from sales, customer success, distributors, and support teams

  • Turn feedback into clear product benefits, positioning angles, and marketing recommendations

  • Identify unmet needs, product usage patterns and gaps to feed back to Product

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Monitor the market landscape — trends, competitors, pricing, regulatory shifts

  • Build competitive comparison charts, battlecards, and strategic analysis for Sales

  • Identify differentiation messages and support long-term positioning work

  • Share findings consistently with Product, Sales, Marketing and Leadership

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain the toolbox used by Sales and partners (sales decks, battlecards, product sheets, FAQs)

  • Become one of the go-to experts internally for product-related questions

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training through concise, value-driven materials

Messaging & Product Communication

  • Work closely with Product Management to refine value propositions and messaging pillars

  • Translate technical product updates into business and clinical value

  • Assist with drafting monthly release notes for internal and external audiences

Marketing Assets & Content Development

  • Create or coordinate production of marketing content including:

    • brochures & product one-pagers
    • case studies & customer stories
    • motion/video briefs
    • landing pages & web content
    • Work with design, agencies, and freelancers when needed

Tenders & RFP Ownership

  • Take full ownership of responding to tenders and requests for proposals

  • Coordinate information gathering across Product, Regulatory, Legal, Sales and Customer Success

  • Ensure timely, compliant and complete submissions

  • Track outcomes and help improve documentation over time

Cross-Team Collaboration
Act as a bridge between Product, Sales, CS and Marketing

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and push for data-informed decisions

  • Help structure and document Product Marketing processes as the function scales

Profil recherché

2–4 years experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, B2B SaaS, or a similar role

Comfort working with technical products and translating complexity into clarity

Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and visual

Ability to conduct interviews, synthesize insights, and derive messaging

  • Analytical mindset with solid experience in market and competitive analysis

  • Highly organized, structured, reliable with deadlines

  • Curious, proactive, autonomous but collaborative

  • Design skills is a big plus

  • Experience in healthtech or AI is a plus
