Descriptif du poste

As a Senior fullstack engineer of the newly formed frontend team, you will:

  • Build and maintain agentic web applications with real-time processing capabilities

  • Design scalable, cloud-based architectures for high-volume medical reports processing

  • Drive architectural frontend design decisions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to define integration standards and best practices.

  • Work with product and clinical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

  • Mentor junior engineer growing as fullstack engineers

Our stack :

  • Frontent: React, TS

  • Backend: Java

  • Infrastructure : Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP, ArgoCD, Rancher

  • Monitoring: Grafana

  • Versioning: Github

  • Others: Github Actions, Figma, Jira, Slack

Profil recherché

✅ Hard skills

  • 8+ years of frontend and backend software development experience, with strong expertise in React and Typescript.

  • 2+ years of experience working on a SAAS platform

  • Proven experience designing and operating frontend applications at scale.

  • Ideally:

    • Experience building web-based desktop apps and web extensions
    • Experience working in the medical industry

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on team collaboration and ownership

  • Ability to mentor junior engineer (no management)

  • Strong empathy with customer needs and problems

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Recruitment Process

  1. Quick presentation call with a member of the HR team, to see if we're both interested (30 min)

  2. Interview with Matthis (1h), Engineering manager

  3. Technical interview (1h30) with 2 senior team members

  4. Interview with another a leader of another team (Platform, QARA, AI, Product) (45 minutes) and Arthur (45 minutes), CTO

  5. Reference-check with past colleagues

  • Contract Type: Full-Time

  • Location: Paris (hybrid) - Possible full remote with travel to our office at least time a month
